SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow balances ease and strength offering mindful movement with reflective pauses to awaken and lengthen the muscles whilst calming the mind. This steady class builds strength, balance and flexibility in your practice, leaving you feeling aligned in your body, clear in your mind and your heart at peace. Each flow class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. Open to all levels with plenty of variations on offer. PACE – Slow & Steady.

 

MORNING FLOW (45MINS)

A 45-minute flowing sequence with upbeat tunes to get you moving in the morning. Expect more movement with breath, as you build strength, boost metabolism and activate the core. This is a fun and energising class, featuring sequences to create a unique cardiovascular, full-body workout. A great way to start your day! Open to all levels with plenty of variations and modifications on offer. PACE - Medium to Fast.

 

VINYASA FLOW

A fun and dynamic class that will open and energise your body. Linking breath to movement in a creative sequence to build strength, balance and focus in the body and mind. This is a challenging and inspiring practice, created to detox, destress and recharge the entire body. Each flow class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. Open to all levels with plenty of variations on offer. PACE – Medium to Fast.

 

YIN
A very slow-paced class, offering long and deep-seated or reclined posture holds. A quiet and meditative practice, using props to support each posture, allowing the release of tension in the connective tissue between the muscle and the fascia throughout the body. This is a grounding and nourishing class, designed to create balance in the body, with soothing tunes to guide you through. Suitable for ALL levels. Treat yourself - you won’t regret it! PACE - Very Slow to Still.

 

VIN + YIN

The Yin to our Yang! This class combines the energising qualities of our flow class, with the restoring and calming nature of a Yin class. Expect to slow flow for the first half of the class, then enjoy the softer nature of Yin to finish with long-held, seated or reclined postures. Not only will this class send you off feeling accomplished, but you will also have a deep sense of peace and stillness. A great class option for all levels. PACE - Steady to Still.

TAKE A BREATH WITH TAMARA

Beginners Yoga

This class will gently introduce mantra, 

postures, breathing and meditation. The class is 1 hour 15 mins

 

Intermediate Yoga

Learn to develop further meditation techniques postures and breathing The class is 1hour

30mins

 

Pilates

Pilates will teach you how to bring flexibility and mobility to your spine. You will learn how to strengthen your core. Co-Ordinate your breath with flowing movements.

 

Intro Pilates

This class teaches you the fundamentals of pilates. How to breathe and how to activate the core, This class is 45 mins.

 

Beginners Pilates

Now moving into more exercises applying the fundamentals with flow, concentration and breath

 

Intermediate Pilates

Adding in more exercises to challenge the core and bring more mobility to the spine.
