SLOW FLOW

A slow, rhythmic flow, linking breath with movement. Opportunity to open and release the body, finding your flow, whilst calming the mind. Expect a mixture of standing and floor postures that offer balance and strength to the body and the mind. Each flow class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. Open to all levels with modifications on offer. 

 

VINYASA FLOW

An energising, fluid flowing yoga practice, linking breath with movement. In this class you will build strength, balance and focus, with an opportunity to align and awaken the body, exploring your inner and outer strength. Each flow class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. Open to all levels with modifications on offer.

 

RESTORATIVE FLOW

Take a little extra time to unwind with gentle, mellow movement. Expect relaxed and grounding postures lower to the ground, finishing with a nourishing guided meditation. This class moves and flows at an easy pace, utilising yoga props to support the body. Suitable for beginners, mama's to be or returning from an injury.

 

POWER FLOW (45MINS)

This is a heat builder! Expect a sweaty, dynamic and playful express flow with upbeat tunes to get you moving. A strong practice featuring unique sequences to create a challenging cardiovascular yoga practice. New to Yoga? We suggest a few Slow or Restorative Flows or Yin Yoga classes to begin with :)

 

YIN YOGA

A class offering seated or reclined posture holds (3-5mins), targeting the connective tissue - ligaments, joints, bones, and the fascia throughout the body. This is a grounding and nourishing class, designed to create balance in the body. Benefits include improved joint mobility and flexibility, increases circulation, calming the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. Suitable for all levels/ Beginner friendly.

TAKE A BREATH WITH TAMARA

Beginners Yoga

This class will gently introduce mantra, 

postures, breathing and meditation. The class is 1 hour 15 mins

 

Intermediate Yoga

Learn to develop further meditation techniques postures and breathing The class is 1hour 30mins

 

Pilates

Pilates will teach you how to bring flexibility and mobility to your spine. You will learn how to strengthen your core. Co-Ordinate your breath with flowing movements.

 

Intro Pilates

This class teaches you the fundamentals of pilates. How to breathe and how to activate the core, This class is 45 mins.

 

Beginners Pilates

Now moving into more exercises applying the fundamentals with flow, concentration and breath

 

Intermediate Pilates

Adding in more exercises to challenge the core and bring more mobility to the spine.
